Our software provider does make storage unit insurance available to customers for a reasonable monthly fee. We highly recommend you start with your home/rental insurance provider. Many providers provide storage insurance as part of your policy or can add it for a reasonable fee.

We require a 2 month minimum stay that you pay for at move in along with your $70 security deposit.  Your first month’s rent is pro-rated. After your 2 month minimum you pay for each month you need a storage unit on the 1st of the month.

Getting your self storage unit is easy.  The process takes about 10 minutes and is done using an online system.  Please call or text us at 920-734-1265, or send us an email via the Contact tab for our current availability and to start the rental process.

No. We provide the lock and two keys.

Our facilities in Neenah, Appleton and Little Chute are accessible 24/7.  Our Oshkosh facility is secured overnight with a locked gate.  Current gate hours are posted at the facility.

Storage units have concrete floors and can ‘sweat’ when the weather changes in Wisconsin. To protect your property consider storing things in plastic tubs or putting items on pallets. Air movement underneath these items is the best way to protect them. If you would like to control the temperature and humidity of your stored items we recommend our climate controlled units. No. We do not charge an application fee.

Yes. We have many businesses that use our facility for storage.

A drivers license or identification is all that is required.  An email address is preferred and allows you to take advantage of our online rental process.  If you are storing a vehicle please read the question listed below.

Yes you can. If a tenant were to abandon a vehicle it is a difficult process for us to remove the vehicle without a copy of the registration. For this reason we may require a copy of the registration to be on file.

If you lose your key we can replace the lock and provide you new keys. There is a fee for replacing the lock and keys.

You can setup auto payment that will automatically charge your credit/debit card each month. You also have access to an online account where you can manually process your payment using a credit/debit card. We also accept cash, money order or checks. We have a drop box at 2215 W Nordale Dr., Appleton, WI 54914. You can pay your bill online here.

Some storage units have interior lights and power outlets that can be used for a trickle charger. Please call to inquire. The majority of our units do not have lights or power inside them.

We require 30 days notice when you would like to vacate your storage unit. To cancel call, text or email us and we will review the exit procedures with you. The last month of your rental is not pro-rated and all customers must vacate by the last day of the calendar month or you will be charged for the next month’s rent.

The person who signed the agreement is responsible for the unit.  While you can allow others access to your unit we do expect anyone using our facilities to follow our facility rules and policies.

No.  We will not facilitate or receive packages for customers and units should remain locked at all times when you are not loading or unloading.

We follow the Wisconsin Lien process which may result in a customer who abandons a unit to have their contents auctioned. Go to https://bid13.com to sign up to receive notification when we have storage unit auctions. If you love these auctions you are probably a fan of Storage Wars!

Our facilities are sprayed several times a year for creepy crawlies. Do all storage unit facilities spray for spiders? No they don’t. We also have bait stations for rodents installed at all of our sites.
